Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a full-time, in-office YouTube host who loves generative AI to inspire others through tutorials and demos. You’ll turn passion into engaging video content, presenting on camera and guiding viewers from concept to finished segments.

You’ll own the channel’s editorial direction, collaborate with a producer, editor and motion designer, and help grow the community with compelling topics, hooks and formats.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for generative AI; you create with AI and love sharing what tools can do.
• Charisma and communication skills; engaging on camera with clear spoken/written English.
• Creative ownership; generate ideas independently and follow through to finished videos.
• YouTube familiarity; understand hooks, formats, and how to keep viewers engaged.

Responsibilities

• Create with AI: Build compelling examples and show viewers how to achieve effects and results they didn’t know were possible.
• Be the face of the channel: Present on camera, record screen demonstrations and voiceovers, engaging tutorials.
• Own the content: Set editorial direction, choose topics and develop strong hooks and scripts.
• Guide creative production: Work with your YouTube Producer & Editor and motion designer; review edits.
• Shape titles and thumbnails: Develop title and thumbnail ideas with producer/editor and designer.
• Grow the channel and community: Engage with viewer questions and use feedback to improve videos.

About the role

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.

We’re looking for someone who LOVES creating with generative AI and loves making everyone else excited about it too! You’re already making AI movies, creating AI influencers, exploring new prompting techniques and finding creative ways to put these tools to work.

You’ll be the primary face and voice of Creative Fabrica on YouTube, turning that passion into videos that inspire people and show them how to create. You’ll own the topics, scripts and presentation, supported by a YouTube Producer & Editor and motion designer. Together with the YouTube Producer & Editor, you’ll be responsible for growing the channel and our community.

What you will do

• Create with AI: Build compelling examples and show viewers how to achieve effects and results they didn’t know were possible.
• Be the face of the channel: Be the primary face and voice of Creative Fabrica on YouTube. Present on camera, record screen demonstrations and voiceovers, and make creative tutorials engaging and easy to follow.
• Own the content: Set the editorial direction, choose topics and develop strong hooks, scripts and step-by-step demonstrations.
• Guide creative production: Work with your dedicated YouTube Producer & Editor and motion designer, review edits and ensure videos are engaging, accurate and easy to follow.
• Shape titles and thumbnails: Develop title and thumbnail ideas with the producer/editor, who leads the packaging and briefs the graphic designer.
• Grow the channel and community: Share responsibility for channel growth with your producer/editor. Engage with viewer questions and turn audience feedback and performance insights into better videos.

What you will need

• Genuine passion for generative AI: You already spend time creating with AI, have work to show and love discovering and sharing what these tools can do.
• Charisma and communication skills: You’re engaging on camera, explain things clearly and bring natural enthusiasm, with excellent spoken and written English.
• Creative ownership: You generate ideas independently, turn them into compelling content and follow through to finished videos.
• YouTube familiarity: You understand what makes people click and keep watching, recognize strong hooks and formats, and want to learn from performance.

Nice to have

• Your own YouTube channel or experience creating long-form, creator-led videos.
• Experience building or engaging a community around AI or creative tools.
