Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a working student for its Amersfoort project office on a temporary, part-time basis. The role focuses on coordinating and processing research assignments, ensuring smooth workflows between clients, logistics, and the laboratory.

You will register and check incoming samples, verify data, and assist with data processing and shipment preparation. A Dutch language skill and an affinity with lab work are desirable.

From our locations in Amsterdam (Eurofins Omegam) and Barneveld (Eurofins Analytico), around 600 specialists manage the entire process from sampling to reporting.

Are you a student who doesn't want to sit still but instead wants to gain relevant work experience in a dynamic laboratory environment? For our project office in Amersfoort, we are looking for working students at short notice to strengthen our team temporarily.

Do you have a background in life sciences, chemistry, or another lab-related field? That's a plus. However, if you are studying something else but have an interest in process-oriented and precise work, we also encourage you to apply.

What will you do?

As a working student within the project office, you will support the coordination and processing of research assignments. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth workflow between clients, logistics, and the laboratory.

Your tasks will include:

Who are you?

• You are currently a student (HBO/WO or MBO level 4)
• You are available for at least 2days per week, but more days is preferred
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You are stress-resistant and can switch between tasks effectively
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
• You have an affinity with laboratory work or a life sciences background (a plus, not required)
• You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions
