Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a working student for the Amersfoort project office to support coordination and processing of research assignments. You will help ensure a smooth workflow between clients, logistics, and the laboratory, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic lab environment.

The role offers an educational experience with room for personal development, an informal work atmosphere, and market-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled at HBO/WO or MBO level 4.
• Available for at least 2 days per week.
• Work accurately and in a structured way.
• Good command of Dutch.
• Affinity with laboratory work is a plus.
• Proactive and not afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process research assignments.
• Ensure smooth workflow between clients, logistics and lab.
• Register incoming assignments and samples.
• Verify completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Process data and results in systems.
• Support release and preparation of samples for shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics and laboratory colleagues.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
