Job summary

NACOS Marine is seeking a Working Student (20h/week) to join the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on HR experience in an international, technology-driven environment.

You will publish job postings, pre-screen candidates, maintain records in HiBob, coordinate interviews, and support recruitment projects while developing your HR and recruiting skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and maintain job postings across channels (Career Page, LinkedIn, local portals).
  • Review and pre-screen applications based on criteria and assist hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (HiBob).
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling between candidates and teams; participate in interviews as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
  • Support candidate sourcing activities and talent pool management.
  • Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (20h/week) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their HR and Recruiting knowledge, gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources, and contribute to key recruitment processes within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the publication and maintenance of job postings across various recruiting channels (Career Page, LinkedIn, local job portals)
  • Review and pre‑screen incoming applications based on defined criteria and support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Managers in identifying suitable candidates for open positions
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate data in the applicant tracking system (HiBob)
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams, while supporting and participating in candidate interviews alongside Hiring Managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the application process
  • Support active candidate sourcing activities and talent pool management
  • Assist with recruitment‑related administrative tasks and reporting
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Your Profile
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
