ChipSoft is seeking a motivated student assistant to join the Implementation & Support team in Utrecht. You will help clients use our healthcare software effectively and contribute ideas for improvements, while balancing studies.

Your tasks include creating manuals and instructional videos, configuring and testing software, and researching regulatory changes in healthcare. You will work in a small, driven team with room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Mastery of the Dutch language.
• Currently pursuing HBO or WO degree.
• Independent and proactive, but also able to work well in a team.

Do you have an academic background in healthcare, medicine, linguistics, or communication, or do you have a strong passion for healthcare and IT? Then you might be the positive and eager student assistant we are looking for. Within the Implementation & Support discipline, we work on software for healthcare institutions. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our clients can work with our software as effectively as possible. To achieve this, you support the team with a variety of tasks. This may involve contributing ideas for new software, answering client questions, writing manuals, preparing presentations, configuring software, and testing it. It is therefore important that you enjoy stepping into the shoes of a Software Consultant!

Your team

You will work in a small team with young, driven, and enthusiastic consultants. Based on your personal ambitions and skills, we will determine which area of focus and which team suits you best. Examples include Pharmacy/Medication, Authorization, EHR, Inpatient Care, Outpatient Care, Quality, Patient Portal, Finance, Data Warehouse, PDMS, Integrations, or Documentation. Your colleagues will support you in your tasks, act as sparring partners, and are open to new and fresh ideas. Not only during working hours, but also afterwards, colleagues regularly meet up.

Your work mainly involves supporting our clients—the healthcare professionals. This includes a combination of independent and team-based tasks. As a student assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Creating support materials, such as manuals and instructional videos
• Configuring and testing software
• Conducting research on changes in financial regulations within healthcare
