Job summary
ChipSoft is seeking a motivated student assistant to join the Implementation & Support team in Utrecht. You will help clients use our healthcare software effectively and contribute ideas for improvements, while balancing studies.
Your tasks include creating manuals and instructional videos, configuring and testing software, and researching regulatory changes in healthcare. You will work in a small, driven team with room for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Mastery of the Dutch language.
- Currently pursuing HBO or WO degree.
- Independent and proactive, but also able to work well in a team.
- Curious and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Available for at least 16 hours per week.
- Result-oriented, analytical, and creative in your solutions.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Affinity with IT/Software.
- Affinity with healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create support materials such as manuals and instructional videos.
- Configure and test software.
- Conduct research on changes in healthcare regulations.
