Job summary

TMC in Zevenaar is seeking a Senior Advisor Public Spaces to advise clients on the design, management, and optimization of public spaces. You transform ideas into technical solutions and develop them into designs, advisory reports, and RAW specifications.

You will coach junior and medior colleagues in their development and have opportunities to contribute to the growth of our business unit while actively sharing knowledge within TMC.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational or higher professional education (MBO or HBO) in Civil Engineering, Land and Water Management, or Garden and Landscape Design.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with AutoCAD, NLCS, and MS Office.
• Experience in drafting RAW specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Quality- and results-oriented mindset.
• A proactive, independent, and flexible work attitude.
• Preferably a relevant professional network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventories and site investigations.
• Coordinate and supervise (technical) studies.
• Prepare design and specification drawings.
• Draft advisory reports and RAW specifications.
• Guide procurement processes.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Coach and mentor junior and medior advisors.
