Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een toegewijde houtproductie medewerker voor een moderne productiefaciliteit in Noord-Holland. Je werkt samen met je team aan plafonds, wanden en gevels van hout en leert stap voor stap het hele proces kennen.

Je start om 7:00 uur, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en gebruikt geavanceerde machines. De organisatie biedt begeleiding, training en kansen op een vast dienstverband op termijn, met een duidelijke ontwikkelroute binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag in teamverband.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en proactief.
• Je hebt affiniteit met hout.
• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Je begint je dienst door samen te werken met collega's, hout te hanteren, machines te bedienen en de kwaliteit bij elke stap te controleren.
• Je werkt zelfstandig met begeleiding en training om vertrouwen op te bouwen en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

Start your day at 7:00 AM in a modern production facility. As a wood production worker, you and your team turn raw wood into high-quality ceilings, walls, and facades. Every day brings new tasks and a chance to build your skills with advanced machines. You follow a clear schedule and learn each part of the process, from start to finish.

You begin your shift by collaborating with colleagues, handling wood, operating machines, and ensuring quality at every step. The company supports your growth with guidance and training so you can work confidently and independently.
