Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een technische production medewerker hout in Schagen. Fulltime werkdagen van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00, met groeikansen en een vriendelijk team. Je werkt mee aan het omzetten van hout naar producten, verhelpt kleine machineproblemen en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor de productie van houten producten in verschillende fasen (voorbewerking, afwerking, eindcontrole).
• Behandelt kleine machineissues en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen.
• Werkt mee op verschillende afdelingen om zo een volledig begrip van het productieproces te ontwikkelen.

Over de vacature:

Start as a technical production employee wood in Schagen. Full-time, day shifts, with growth opportunities and a friendly team.

As a technical production employee wood, you play an active role in transforming raw wood into beautiful finished products. Together with your colleagues across various departments and with the help of machines, you ensure the company continues to deliver quality. You work full-time from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position offers a lot of variety and internal training. The job starts through a staffing agency and can lead to a permanent contract with the company.

You start your working day with a team briefing and then get to work on different parts of the production process: pre-finishing, finishing, and finalizing. You learn to work on each department, so you fully understand the entire production process. Alongside regular production work, you handle small machine malfunctions and contribute ideas for process improvements. You are not expected to be a full-time mechanic but being hands-on is important.
