Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in WMS projects (implementation, integration, upgrade).
• Proven expertise with Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete).
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and technical WMS components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align WMS architecture with global standards and regional needs.
• Promote configuration‑first approaches to reduce custom development.
• Review and approve solution designs across all project phases.
• Ensure technical consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT, logistics, and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Mentor consultants and support capability development across teams.
• Evaluate design choices for cost‑effectiveness and operational impact.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives (e.g., automation, robotics, digitalization).
• Represent the region in global architecture discussions and strategy alignment.
