Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for West-North Holland. You will own a regional customer portfolio, act as the primary contact for mid-sized B2B confectionery and bakery clients, and drive sustainable growth in volume and margin.

This full-time, hybrid role requires frequent travel within West-North Holland and occasional trips to Wieze, Belgium. You will develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in BAPA & B2B food industry.
Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Achieve commercial targets for the Regional Accounts portfolio across West Holland and Utrecht.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and create account plans with Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.
Lead sales activities including prospecting, customer visits, needs assessments, contract negotiations, and revenue generation.
Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
Coordinate internal stakeholders across R&D, Technical Support, Pricing, Customer Care, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain.
Secure accurate customer forecasts and communicate with internal planning teams.
Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure high-quality reporting and data analysis.
