Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Gym Reception team member to handle front desk tasks, greet members and guests, and answer inquiries. The role includes signing in guests, directing them, and phone support, with a focus on a calm, premium member experience at our Amsterdam location.

The position can be part-time (3-4 days per week) or full-time, offering flexible hours within a creative, international community.

Qualifications

• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally and promptly.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Team player who communicates well with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and signs in members and guests; directs them appropriately.
• Answers phone calls and handles inquiries; manages reception area and correspondence.
• Maintains a clean and organized reception space; supports daily front desk tasks.
