Ideal candidates hold hands-on technical skills (carpentry, plumbing or electrical work), a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar), and a valid driving licence to travel between clubs. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to ensure safe and healthy club operations.
• Ensure all facilities are functional and well maintained for members and staff.
• Assist with safety checks and risk assessments across multiple clubs.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and response times.
