Job summary

Krohne in Dordrecht is seeking an experienced Welder to join a high-tech production team. You will master TIG and MIG/MAG welding, shape components for flowmeters, and ensure strict weld quality in a modern facility with a welding robot.

The role is day shift, requires independent work, and offers a structured development path within Krohne. You will contribute to global instrument production with strong quality focus.

As an experienced Welder at Krohne in Dordrecht, you work on high-quality measuring instruments that are used all over the world. You are the specialist on the welding floor: you master multiple welding techniques, work with precision and know what quality means in a high-tech production environment.

You work day shifts, in a specialised team where your expertise truly makes a difference. Krohne invests in modern equipment — including a welding robot — and in the people who operate it.

Your responsibilities

• Carrying out welding work according to drawings and work instructions, using TIG, MIG/MAG and other welding techniques.

• Welding structural components and parts for flowmeters and measuring instruments.

• Monitoring weld seam quality and performing visual inspections.

• Collaborating with the team leader and fellow welders on the shop floor.

• Working with and around the welding robot on the department.

• Identifying deviations and contributing to quality improvement.

What we offer

Gross monthly salary € 3,500 - € 5,000 gross per month (depending on experience).

Fixed gratification bonus of 6.5% (€ 2,948 to € 4,212 gross per year extra) and an achievable quarterly bonus.28 holiday days per year.

Direct employment with Krohne (no agency or secondment construction).

Participation in the FiscFree programme.

Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre (up to 48 km one way).
