Job summary

Krohne, gevestigd in Dordrecht, zoekt een Working Foreman die als schakel fungeert tussen teamleiders en de werkvloer. Je leidt, bewaakt het overzicht en werkt hands-on in productie. In een internationale omgeving met circa 650 medewerkers ben jij essentieel voor operationele prestaties.

Je beschikt over aantoonbare productie-ervaring, beheerst Nederlands en Engels en kent Excel en AFAS. De rol kent een 2-ploegendienst en directe aanstelling bij Krohne.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Kennis van AFAS en Excel.

Responsibilities

• Motiveren, aansturen en ondersteunen van collega\'s op de werkvloer.
• Samenwerken in het productieproces en het geven van het goede voorbeeld.
• Onderdelen assembleren in en op de meetbuis, behuizing en mantel.
• Controleren, kalibreren, meten en verpakken van strometers.
• Kwaliteit bewaken en afwijkingen signaleren.
• Dagstart presenteren en trends in methoden, mensen of materialen identificeren.
• Productiegegevens verwerken in AFAS (ERP) en Excel.

Je nieuwe baan

As a Working Foreman at Krohne, you are the link between the team leader and the shop floor. You lead, keep oversight and work hands-on in production yourself. At an international company like Krohne in Dordrecht, where around 650 people work daily on precision measuring instruments, your role truly matters.

You naturally command respect, know how to motivate people and switch effortlessly between leading and hands-on working. This is your place.

Your responsibilities

• Motivating, directing and supporting your colleagues on the shop floor.

• Working alongside the team in the production process — you lead by example.

• Assembling components (such as electrodes) in and on the measuring tube, amplifier housing and jacket.

• Checking, calibrating, measuring and packing flowmeters.

• Monitoring quality and flagging deviations.

• Presenting the daily start-up meeting and identifying trends in methods, people or materials.

• Processing production data in AFAS (ERP) and Excel.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• You naturally command respect and know how to bring people along.

• You communicate clearly, both on the shop floor and during the daily start-up meeting.

• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.

• You have experience in a production environment.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and/or AFAS.

• You are solution-oriented, a quick learner and broadly deployable.

• You are available to work in a 2-shift schedule (morning shift 06:00 to 15:15 and evening shift 14:45 to 00:00).

Wat we jou bieden

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,200 and € 4,000 (depending on experience) — including 14% shift allowance this amounts to € 3,648 to € 4,560 gross per month.

• 25 holiday days + 3 collective days per year.

• 14% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

• Fixed gratification bonus of 6.5% and an achievable quarterly bonus.

• Direct employment with Krohne (no agency or secondment construction).

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre (up to 48 km one way).
