Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Welder to produce high-quality stainless steel components for complex industrial machines. Working from technical drawings, you will prepare, weld and finish parts while ensuring top quality and adherence to specifications.

In this hands-on role, you will TIG-weld stainless steel, set up equipment, inspect welds, and collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Technical education or vocational training in welding or metalworking.
• Valid TIG welding certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience welding stainless steel and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on mainly stainless steel components.
• Prepare materials and interpret technical drawings before production.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for different projects.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, dimensions and accuracy.
• Repair or rework components where required.
• Carry out basic maintenance on welding tools and equipment.
