PVH Europe, owner of TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN, seeks a weekend sales associate to support stores across the PVH portfolio. Our teams deliver high-quality service, build strong customer relationships, and maintain brand standards in fast-paced environments.

The role focuses on customer care, stockroom upkeep, and in-store recommendations, with emphasis on adapting quickly and taking ownership on the shop floor.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assessing customers’ needs and helping with information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve.
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
