We are seeking a Website Designer / Developer to join our team! Working with our existing design & development team, this role will be focused on supporting existing client websites and marketing assets as well as working on new projects.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and highly versatile new member to join our team. Working with fellow designers and developers, your main focus will be on creating captivating, innovative & mobile-friendly websites and designing marketing campaigns including email & ads. You will mainly be involved in designing and coding themes for WordPress-based websites that utilize both custom themes and themes built with tools such as Elementor. This role will combine creativity and technical skills, therefore a strong eye for design detail and the ability to bring those concepts to fruition is key.

Design Expertise

• Website design, UI/UX
• Ensuring brand consistency for each of our clients
• Creating marketing ads across all digital platforms and sizes
• Ability to collaborate with the marketing team regarding messaging and calls-to-action
• Experience working with Canva for animated assets
• Creation of social media assets and experience with subtleties across channels

Front-End Development

• Implementing designs using CSS, HTML and jQuery
• Implementing designs using Elementor in WordPress
• Highly Proficient in responsive HTML & CSS development
• Proficient in WordPress theme development
• Proficient in responsive email development
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as Bootstrap & Foundation
• Working knowledge of Flexbox
• Experience with jQuery / JavaScript
• Experience working directly in PHP

Applications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
