Job summary

Oberst is seeking a part-time Website Coordinator for our Slovakian site, based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on maintaining the coupons database, processing emails, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with merchants and a small team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid/flexible hours and a chance to work abroad for a few weeks each year, near Amsterdam’s UvA area.

Qualifications

• Fluent Slovak with impeccable writing skills.
• Knowledge of the Slovakian e-commerce market is preferred.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented and data/content driven.
• Proactive, reliable, able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work independently and with a small team.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our coupons and savings database.
• Processing incoming emails and data.
• Ensuring the information in the database is of a high quality and accurate.
• Communicating with merchants and agencies.
• Reviewing quality and revenue metrics, and implementing strategies to improve them.
• Contributing to improving internal processes for gathering data, and improving database quality.
