Kurita Europe GmbH in the Netherlands seeks a Sales & Service Engineer (m/f/d) to provide on-site technical support for water treatment products and systems, perform startups, maintenance, and optimize chemical dosing, while building trusted relationships with customers.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B water treatment or process engineering, fluency in Dutch and English, and a valid driver’s license; you will promote services and tailor solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.

Competenze

Experience in B2B Water Treatment / Chemical Engineering and/or Process Engineering. Ideally 2+ years of experience.
Good knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment.
Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
Driver's License.

Mansioni

Provides on-site technical support for a range of products, applications, and systems in line with established service plans.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and fine-tunes equipment and trains customers on operation and maintenance procedures.
Starts up systems, performs preventive maintenance, and routine service tasks to ensure product performance and reliability.
Promotes and sells water treatment process chemicals and related service solutions, identifying customer needs and tailoring recommendations.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers at all levels, communicating effectively on technical, operational, and commercial matters.
