Job summary

UPS Healthcare in Roermond zoekt medewerkers voor het magazijn/warehouse. Je voorziet medische producten van picking tot verzending, controleert orders en verwerkt deze volgens kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt met scanners, SAP/WMS en in teamverband aan de dagelijkse planning.

Het betreft een functie van 32–40 uur per week met een tijdelijk contract en uitzicht op vast dienstverband. Alle collega’s krijgen een duidelijke onboarding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale organisatie.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in logistiek, magazijn of orderpicking.
• Spreken en begrijpen van basis Engels.
• Beschikbaar tussen 32 en 40 uren per week.
• Kan werken in dagdienst of tweeploegendienst.
• Fysiek in staat om te staan, te lopen, te tillen en goederen te verplaatsen.
• Bereid om te werken in koel-/vriesruimtes tussen 2°C en 8°C.
• Nauwkeurig kwaliteit- en veiligheidsinstructies te volgen.
• Prettig werken met collega's uit verschillende achtergronden.
• Ervaring met EPT/forklift/SAP of WMS is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Picking van medische producten met een handscanner.
• Controleren van productnummers, aantallen en ordre-informatie.
• Verzamelde bestellingen verpakken volgens zorgkwaliteitseisen.
• Klaar maken van voltooide bestellingen voor verzending; laden, lossen en verplaatsen van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.
• Registreren van magazijnactiviteiten in SAP en WMS.
• Werkplek schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden.
• Met het team samenwerken om de dagelijkse orderplanning te voltooien.

From receiving medical products to preparing them for international shipment, you help keep the entire warehouse process moving.Using a handheld scanner, you collect the correct products and check whether the order is complete. You pack each item carefully and make sure it is ready to leave the warehouse safely and on time.Your daily responsibilities include:

• Picking medical products with a handheld scanner;
• Checking product numbers, quantities and order information;
• Packing orders according to healthcare quality requirements;
• Preparing completed orders for shipment;Loading, unloading and moving incoming and outgoing goods;
• Registering warehouse activities in SAP and WMS;
• Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe;
• Working with your team to complete the daily order schedule.Because you work with medical products, accuracy is more important than speed alone.

• A 25% allowance for hours worked after 19:00;

Functie-eisen

You already have some warehouse or logistics experience and know how important it is to check your work carefully. You enjoy being active and can stay focused, even when several orders need to be prepared at the same time.

You also:

• Have experience in logistics, warehousing or order picking;
• Speak and understand basic English;
• Are available between 32 and 40 hours per week;
• Can work in either the fixed day shift or the two-shift schedule;
• Are physically able to stand, walk, lift and move goods;
• Are willing to work in temperature-controlled areas between 2°C and 8°C;
• Follow quality and safety instructions accurately;
• Enjoy working with colleagues from different backgrounds;
• Have a reliable and positive approach to your work.

Experience with an EPT, forklift, SAP or WMS is an advantage. You do not need to know every system immediately: you will receive guidance during your onboarding.
