Jobster in Bleiswijk zoekt een logistiek medewerker om bij te dragen aan een soepele magazijnoperatie. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst met avonden, nachten en weekends en helpt bij ontvangst, opslag, orderpicken en verzending, met focus op veiligheid en samenwerking.

Naast een vergoeding van €17,76 bruto per uur incl. 20% ploegentoeslag biedt de rol uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij 32–40 uur per week.

Wat ga je precies doen

As a logistic worker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by ensuring that daily logistics processes run efficiently and accurately. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, precision, and a structured approach are key. From receiving goods to preparing them for shipment, your role will be essential in maintaining the flow of operations. Flexibility is important, as you will be working within a 5-shift system, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Receive and inspect: accepting and checking incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize: efficiently storing goods in the warehouse following established procedures.
• Pick and prepare: gathering and preparing orders for shipment using scanners or logistics systems.
• Ensure safety: maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate: working closely with colleagues and ensuring clear communication to achieve daily goals.
