Job summary

Start People in Sliedrecht zoekt een logistieke medewerker voor ons dynamische sorteercentrum. Je zorgt dagelijks dat duizenden pakketten correct gesorteerd, geladen en op tijd worden afgeleverd.

De functie is fysiek en vereist teamwork, nauwkeurigheid en proactiviteit. Je werkt in een collegiaal team waar efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

Parttime dienstverband van 10 tot 20 uur, met een bruto uurloon van circa €15, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding en onboarding ondersteuning.

Qualifications

• Fysiek geschikt voor tillen, staan en lopen.
• Beschikbaar voor flexibele diensten (ochtend/avond).
• Basiskennis van Nederlands of Engels.
• Independent worker met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Betrouwbaar en flexibel bij veranderende taken en schema's.

Responsibilities

• Sorteren van pakketten naar de juiste locaties.
• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Scannen van pakketten met een handscanner.
• Verplaatsen van goederen binnen het magazijn.
• Zorg dragen voor een schone en veilige werkplek.

As a logistics medewerker, you will play an active role in our dynamic sorteercentrum in Sliedrecht. Your work ensures that thousands of packages are sorted, loaded, and delivered on time every day. This role is physically engaging and requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where efficiency and reliability are key.

What You Will Do:

• Sort: packages to the correct locations to ensure smooth onward transportation.


• Load and unload: trucks efficiently using tools and equipment provided.


• Scan: packages with a hand scanner to register and verify their accuracy.


• Move: goods within the warehouse to keep the workflow organized and efficient.


• Maintain: a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
