Job summary

DHL Express — Den Hoorn zoekt een Warehouse Operative voor een parttime positie. Je werkt in ochtenddiensten met wekelijkse betaling en duidelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je leert werken volgens vaste processen en kwaliteitsnormen in een internationale teamomgeving.

Vanaf dag één krijg je onboarding en on-the-job training. Als je ervaring opdoet kun je doorgroeien binnen logistiek of DHL.

Qualifications

• Je bent een betrouwbare vroege vogel die hands-on werk leuk vindt.
• Je woont in de omgeving van Den Hoorn en kunt zelfstandig reizen.
• Je bent bereid om op maandag ochtend van 07:00 tot 10:00 te werken.
• Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal twee extra ochtenddiensten per week.
• Fysiek fit en het tillen van pakketten tot 20 kg is geen probleem.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands of Engels voor dagelijkse communicatie met het team.

• Hourly pay: From €15.30 gross per hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay: Get your salary paid into your account every week
• Flexible working hours: Fixed morning shifts, with a minimum of three shifts per week
• Holiday allowance: 8% holiday pay plus 10% holiday hours on every hour worked
• Extra benefits: 6.24% flexible benefits budget and €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre

You're a reliable early riser who enjoys hands-on work and being part of an international warehouse team.

• Monday morning availability: You're available every Monday from 07:00 to 10:00.
• Additional availability: You're available for at least two additional morning shifts per week.
• Location: You live near Den Hoorn and can travel to the workplace independently.
• Physically fit: You're comfortable handling and lifting packages weighing up to 20 kg.
• Language skills: You have a basic understanding of Dutch or English for day-to-day communication with your team.
