Job description

Our partner, Plus Oss, is one of the largest logistic service providers in the Netherlands. The company is currently looking for motivated logistic workers and order pickers to join its team in Oss, the Netherlands. As an all-around warehouse employee, you will work across various departments, each with unique responsibilities. This company is divided into multiple departments. Depending on the department you are in, your job duties will change. This is a physically active role. Lifting crates and materials up to 25 kg is part of the job.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inbound: Receive incoming goods from truck drivers. This role is not physically demanding;
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Perform voice picking and operate the Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). Experience is preferred but not required, and no certifications are needed. This role can be physically demanding, depending on the products;
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Similar to a pick-to-light system, products are brought directly to you. Although there is some time pressure, the role is not physically demanding. It is located at a higher level in the distribution centre and requires focus and comfort with heights;
• Outbound: Organise trolleys and dollies for collection, ensuring accuracy so products reach the correct shops. This role can physically demanding, especially when moving carts, and involves handling restricted items like alcohol and cigarettes;
• Emballage: Manage and recycle empty packaging materials such as bottles, crates, and cans. Trolleys are also checked for reusability. This role may be physically demanding depending on the materials handled;
• Other requested tasks, if necessary.

Shift premiums (attractive bonuses added to your rate):

• +25% (€20.11/h) – between 19:00–22:00 and 04:00–06:00
• +50% (€24.14/h) – during night hours 22:00–04:00

Travel reimbursement:

• €0.21/km (up to a maximum of €10.50 per day).

Additional benefits include a travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of 50 km per day.

Requirements

• You must be willing to live in company-provided accommodation in Germany (Weeze) if this accommodation location is assigned.

• Documentation: A clean criminal record provided within 2 weeks after the start of work.;
