Job summary

Olympia is seeking a Logistics Associate to join a modern warehouse in Venlo. You will load/unload goods, pick orders with a scanner, inspect items, and prepare shipments while helping keep the site safe and organized.

You’ll receive strong support and guidance during training, with opportunities to grow in an international organization and potentially secure a long-term or permanent contract based on performance.

In this modern warehouse, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to ensure that goods arrive on time and in the right place. Your duties may include loading and unloading goods, picking orders with a scanner, inspecting products, and preparing orders for shipment. Together with your team, you’ll also help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Whether you already have experience as a warehouse associate or are looking to take the next step in logistics, you’ll receive excellent guidance and the opportunity to grow. Within this international organization, there are plenty of opportunities to learn new tasks.

As a Logistics Associate, you’ll work Monday through Friday on a two-shift schedule. The early shift runs from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and the late shift from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Together with other warehouse associates, you’ll ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly every day.

• You are available to work 40 hours per week
• You have a good command of spoken and written English
• You are willing to work two-shift schedules
• You have your own transportation to the work location, such as a car, bicycle, or e-bike. It doesn’t matter whether you live in Venlo, Blerick, Tegelen, Sevenum, Horst, or Venray.
• You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). If the VOG is approved, Olympia will reimburse the cost of €41.35. If the VOG is not approved, you will be responsible for the costs
• You work accurately and collaborate well with others

• A gross hourly wage based on your age:
  • 18 years old: €10.78
  • 19 years old: €12.32
  • 20 years old: €13.86
  • 21 years old: €15.40
  • 22 years old and older: €15.40
• 40-hour workweek
