Olympia is hiring a Warehouse Employee for our Venlo site. You will handle incoming and outgoing goods, pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments, and move items with warehouse equipment. Duties include inspecting orders and reporting damaged products while keeping a safe, tidy workspace.

The role is a full-time, 40-hour week with a two-shift schedule (early and late). Wages vary by age, with 18–22+ earning from €10.78 to €15.40 per hour, and a path toward a permanent contract.

Description du poste

As aWarehouse Employee, you will ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly. You will pick orders, move products, and check that everything is complete and undamaged.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers;
• Picking orders using a scanner or pick list;
• Packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment;
• Moving goods using warehouse equipment;
• Checking orders and reporting damaged products;
• Keeping your workplace clean, organized, and safe.

You will work40 hours per week,from Monday to Friday, in a two-shift schedule:

• Early shift:06:00 to 15:00;
• Late shift:15:00 to 00:00.

The shifts alternate on a weekly basis.

We ask:

• You are available to work 40 hours per week;
• You are willing to work both shifts;
• You are able to provide a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). If the VOG is approved, Olympia will reimburse the cost of €41.35. If the VOG is not approved, the costs will be at your own expense.
• You have your own accommodation;

Experience in logistics is a plus, but your motivation and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
