Job summary

PostNL is seeking motivated and reliable warehouse staff to join a dynamic logistics team. You may work in different departments depending on location and planning, handling parcels of varying sizes with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Training will be provided for your position, shifts vary by department, morning, evening and night options, with additional shift allowances. You will work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends when required.
• Clean criminal record and eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with roll containers or parcels weighing 10–30 kg.
• Ensure all parcels are handled safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parcels for damage and report issues.
• Sort and organize parcels according to delivery routes.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in loading/unloading areas.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Somelocationsworkwitharotationofmorning,eveningandnightshifts.Weekendworkmayalsoberequired.Nightshiftsarelimitedaccordingtotheapplicablescheduleandyearlyregulations.
