PostNL is seeking motivated and reliable warehouse employees to join a dynamic logistics team. You may work in different departments depending on location and planning, handling parcels weighing approximately 10–30 kg with emphasis on physical fitness and hands-on attitude.

Training will be provided, and shifts vary by location with morning, evening, and night options. Some sites may require weekend work and shift allowances may apply based on hours and days worked.

Qualificações

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting.
• Clean criminal record (needed when applying, before arrival).
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom).
• Able to work in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or partner.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety regulations and company procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks filled with roll containers or loose packages (10–30kg).
• Ensure all parcels are handled safely and efficiently.
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues.
• Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes.
• Follows safety protocols at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the loading/unloading area.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily targets.

• Morning:approximately05:00–13:00
• Evening:approximately16:00–02:45
• Night:approximately19:00–09:30

Somelocationsworkwitharotationofmorning,eveningandnightshifts.Weekendworkmayalsoberequired.Nightshiftsarelimitedaccordingtotheapplicablescheduleandyearlyregulations.
