Job summary

Olympia Uitzendbureau zoekt een Fulltime Warehouse Team Leader in Roosendaal om de dagelijkse logistieke operaties aan te sturen in een productie- en magazijnomgeving voor tuinmeubilair.

Je geeft leiding aan voormannen en medewerkers, plant werkdagen, bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit en coördineert met verschillende afdelingen. Een ervaring in logistiek en people management is vereist.

Qualifications

• Leidinggeven aan een team en coachen van niveaus binnen de afdeling.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om duidelijke instructies te geven.

Responsibilities

• Beheren, coachen en motiveren van de teamleiders en medewerkers.
• Plannen en coördineren van dagelijkse activiteiten en voortgang bewaken.
• Zorgen voor efficiënte inzet van personeel, materieel en middelen.
• Toezicht houden op flow van goederen met aandacht voor kwaliteit en productiviteit.
• Zorgen voor naleving van arbeidsmethoden, werktijden, pauzes en veiligheid.
• Orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn handhaven.
• Identificeren van knelpunten en voorstellen doen voor procesverbeteringen.
• Uitvoeren van evaluatie- en voortgangsgesprekken met medewerkers.
• Zorgen voor voldoende begeleiding tijdens dagelijkse operaties.
• Dagelijkse coördinatie met andere teamleiders, voormannen, de logistiek planner en magazijnmanager.

Wat ga je doen?

For our client, who are specialized in garden furniture we are looking for a Fulltime Warehouse Team Leader in Roosendaal. You will receive a gross monthly salary between €3.600 and €4.100 based on fulltime employment, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will start with a temporary employment contract, with the possibility of a permanent position if you perform well.

As a Fulltime Warehouse Team Leader, you play an important role in ensuring that the daily logistics operations run smoothly. Within this warehouse, garden furniture is stored, processed and prepared for shipment. Together with the working foremen, you are responsible for the daily management of the warehouse and make sure that employees and processes work together efficiently.

What will you do as a Warehouse Team Leader?As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for the smooth running of the daily activities within your department. You provide structure, keep an overview and ensure that safety, quality and productivity remain at the required level.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, coaching and motivating the working foremen and employees within your department;
• Planning and coordinating daily activities and monitoring progress;
• Ensuring an efficient deployment of employees, equipment and resources;
• Monitoring an accurate and efficient flow of goods and focusing on quality and productivity;
• Ensuring that working methods, working hours, breaks and safety regulations are followed;
• Maintaining order, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse;
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas to improve processes and working methods;
• Conducting performance, progress and absence meetings with employees;
• Ensuring sufficient supervision and guidance during daily operations;
• Coordinating daily with other team leaders, working foremen, the Logistics Planner and Warehouse Manager;
• Acting as a point of contact for other departments within the organisation;

• You have at least an MBO+ level of education and thinking, preferably in a logistics-related field;
