Vintage.com is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - Transport Inbound in Duiven, Netherlands to manage inbound deliveries and the dock-to-Receiving flow. You will plan arrivals, coordinate unloading, ensure documentation and proper handovers to the Receiving team, and lead the inbound staff.

Reporting to the Head of Warehouse Operations & Transport, you will drive daily briefings, develop your team, and uphold safety standards to keep stock moving and shipments on schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare space, equipment and staff ahead of deliveries to speed dock-to-Receiving flow.
• Coordinate inbound transport with internal teams and external providers, tracking planned and late deliveries.
• Inform warehouse teams of changes to volumes or times so workload can be adjusted.
• Support capacity planning by matching volumes to processing capacity.
• Coordinate internal transfers between warehouse locations to move stock where needed.
• Resolve delays and bottlenecks, escalating to Head of Warehouse & Transport as needed.

Our Warehouse team keeps customer boxes, stock and equipment moving safely and efficiently through Vintage.com.

From receiving incoming boxes and moving stock between teams, through to storage, packing, dispatch and returns, Warehouse Operations helps make sure items are in the right place at the right time and can continue smoothly through the operation.

The team works closely with Appraisals, Marketplace and other operational teams to respond to changing stock volumes and priorities. Accurate scanning, careful handling and reliable stock movement are essential to keeping the wider operation flowing.

This role makes sure every delivery arriving at our Netherlands warehouse is received safely, accurately and on time.

You’ll be the link between incoming transport, Receiving, Check-In and the rest of the warehouse. You’ll plan arrivals, lead unloading and make sure every delivery is documented and passed on to the right team without delay.

• On-time arrival and delivery performance against the agreed schedule.
• Average vehicle waiting and unloading time.
• Inbound deliveries processed to schedule.
• Accurate and complete inbound documentation.
• The number of delivery discrepancies and transport-related incidents.
• The speed and accuracy of internal transfers between warehouse locations.
• Health and safety compliance, including incidents and near misses.
• Team productivity and the effective use of people and equipment.
• Reductions in delays, dock congestion and avoidable transport costs.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate daily inbound deliveries so vehicles arrive, unload and leave on schedule.
• Make sure space, equipment and people are ready before deliveries arrive, so goods move quickly from the dock to Receiving and Check-In.
• Coordinate inbound transport with internal teams and external transport providers, and keep a clear view of planned, delayed and completed deliveries.
• Tell warehouse teams about changes to incoming volumes or delivery times on the same working day, so they can plan their workload.
• Support transport capacity planning by matching expected volumes to warehouse processing capacity.
• Coordinate internal transfers between warehouse locations so stock reaches the right team when it’s needed.
• Resolve delays, congestion and bottlenecks, and esc an serious delays or capacity risks to the Head of Warehouse & Transport on the same working day.
  

• Lead, coach and support the inbound team, so everyone knows their priorities and works safely.
• Allocate daily tasks to match workload, priorities and available resources.
• Run daily briefings on targets, priorities and safety requirements, so each shift starts with a clear plan.
• Work with the Receiving, Check-In and Storage Team Leads so work flows smoothly between teams.
• Give feedback in monthly one-to-ones on attendance, punctuality and performance, and support each team member’s development.
• Run clear shift handovers so nothing is missed between shifts.
  

• Make sure all inbound transport and unloading follows our health and safety procedures.
• Keep vehicle movements, loading docks, unloading areas and pedestrian routes safe.
• Make sure drivers and team members follow site access, parking and unloading procedures.
• Check that material-handling equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are used safely and correctly.
• Report hazards, incidents, near misses and unsafe practices to the Head of Warehouse & Transport on the same working day, and support
