Job summary

Cold Culture Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for the Cold Store Amsterdam. This part-time role (30 hours per week) focuses on stock and operations, replenishment, and ensuring smooth store readiness.

You will handle receiving, tagging, stock organization, inventories and teamwork with sales to prepare stock for launches and promotions. Excellent English and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment (retail or fashion preferred).
• Methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.
• Comfortable with physical work and large volumes of product.
• Strong sense of organization and eye for detail.
• Team-oriented, coordinates with store staff.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• Speaks English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and sort incoming merchandise; spot discrepancies.
• Organize stockroom to COLD standards; keep everything in its place and easy to find.
• Prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.
• Participate in inventories, stock counts and management of returns, transfers and defective items.
• Replenish fast and accurately; prioritize best-sellers and critical sizes.
• Coordinate with the sales team and prepare stock for launches, promotions and peak moments.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe stockroom; follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.
• Propose solutions for operational problems as they arise.

YOUR MISSION

STOCK & OPERATIONS

• Flawless receiving: you receive, check and sort all incoming merchandise, spotting any discrepancy.
• You organize the stockroom to COLD standards: everything in its place, everything easy to find.
• You prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.
• You take part in inventories, regular stock counts and the management of returns, transfers and defective items.

REPLENISHMENT & SALES SUPPORT

• Street speed: you replenish fast and accurately, prioritizing best-sellers and critical sizes.
• You anticipate the store's needs to avoid stock-outs.
• You stay in constant communication with the sales team.
• You get the stockroom ready for launches, promotions, sales and peak moments.

ORDER & STANDARDS

• The stockroom as a temple: clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• You follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.
• You take care of the product, because it's part of the COLD experience.
