Job summary

Staffice is seeking a Warehouse Packing Employee for a client’s warehouse in Hoofddorp. You will review the daily order queue, set up your packing station with boxes, tape, and fillers, and ensure orders are checked against pack lists before dispatch.

Throughout the shift you’ll scan barcodes, print shipping labels, and hand over prepared pallets to the transport team. A precise, detail-oriented approach is essential, with full-time availability in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Checking gathered products against customer orders and pack lists
• Packing, padding, and sealing cartons carefully for safe shipment
• Scanning items and confirming completed orders in the warehouse management system
• Printing and placing address labels and shipping documents accurately
• Reporting quantity differences, missing articles, or damaged goods directly to your lead
• Communicating with order pickers to keep outbound packing flows running smoothly
• Assisting with light general warehouse tasks during quieter moments
• Keeping your packing bench clean, safe, and stocked with materials

Job description

As a Warehouse Packing Employee, you make sure that outgoing orders leave the warehouse accurately checked, properly packed, and on time. You kick off your shift by reviewing the daily order queue and setting up your packing station with boxes, tape, and protective fillers. Throughout the day, you check picked items against order specifications, scan barcodes into the system, and package products securely to prevent transit damage. You end your shift by handing over prepared pallets and parcels to the transport team and leaving your packing station clean for the next shift. In this temporary role, you work via Staffice at our client's warehouse.

• Gross monthly salary between € 2,893 and € 3,520 based on 40 hours per week
