Job summary

Staffice zoekt een ervaren magazijnmedewerker in Hoofddorp die goederen in ontvangst neemt, orders pickt en stabiele pallets bouwt voor verzending. Je controleert gegevens in Excel en zorgt voor kwaliteitsbewaking van verpakkingen en producten.

De functie vereist ervaring in logistiek, kennis van een EPT en nauwkeurig werken met planningen. Werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 17:00, met duidelijke afspraken via Staffice.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in magazijn of logistiek.
• EPT-ervaring vereist.
• Goede lees- en rekenvaardigheden in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Je beheert en voert dagelijkse taken uit op de magazijnvloer.
• Orderpicking volgens lijsten en het bouwen van stabiele pallets.
• Pallets verpakken en controleren met Excel-gegevens.
• Kwaliteitscontroles op verpakking en producten.
• Discrepanties melden aan de teamleider.

Job description

As an experienced warehouse employee, you manage the flow of goods to keep shipments moving without delays. Your workday starts at 08:00 with checking the priority lists and preparing your electric pallet truck (EPT). Throughout the day, you collect orders, build stable pallets, cross-reference order data in Excel, and run thorough quality inspections. By 17:00, all pallets are securely wrapped, verified, and staged at the outbound docks.

Werkzaamheden

• Operating the electric pallet truck (EPT) to move goods across the warehouse
• Picking warehouse orders accurately according to order lists
• Stacking and building secure, balanced pallets for transport
• Wrapping and sealing pallets manually and using wrapping machines
• Verifying outgoing orders and quantities against Excel spreadsheets
• Performing quality checks on packaging and product conditions
• Reporting discrepancies and damaged items to the team lead
• Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse workstation

Wij zoeken

• Proven work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Hands-on experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Practical ability to read and verify order details in Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Full availability from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
• Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
