Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances zoekt een magazijnmedewerker voor de Tilburg-site. Je combineert fysiek werk met administratie en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen tijdig en accuraat aan productie en externe klanten geleverd worden.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst (ochtend/mmiddag/nachtdienst) en gebruikt heftrucks, reachtrucks en SAP voor het logistieke proces. Start People biedt een tijdelijk contract met kans op vast contract en aantrekkelijke bijkomende voordelen.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime werk in een 3-ploegendienst.
• Ervaring met het besturen van hef- en reachtruck is een voordeel.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels (min. B2).
• Nauwkeurig en veilig werken en fysiek in orde zijn.

Responsibilities

• Nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken van grondstoffen (poeders en vloeistoffen).
• Grondstoffen klaarzetten en leveren voor productie.
• Voorraadbeheer en aanvullen van grondstoffen.
• Scannen en controleren van producten volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Werkzaamheden in het magazijn met heftruck/reachtruck.

As a warehouse operator, you are an essential part of the process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that raw materials are delivered to internal production departments and external customers accurately and on time.

As a warehouse operator, you are an essential part of the process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that raw materials are delivered to internal production departments and external customers accurately and on time. You will combine physical work with administrative tasks. Safety, accuracy, and quality are central to everything you do. In this role, you will use equipment such as RF scanners and SAP, and operate a forklift or reach truck to organize the work efficiently.

What will you do?

• Accurately weigh and process raw materials (powders and liquids)
• Prepare and supply raw materials for production
• Replenish and manage raw material inventory
• Scan and check products according to quality requirements
• Perform various warehouse tasks using a forklift, reach truck, or combi truck

Working Hours - 3 shifts

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,73, excluding shift allowance;
• 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked;
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
• 13 ADV days and a 13th-month payment incorporated into a flexible benefits budget;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Temporary contract through Start People, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance.

Functie-eisen

• Available to work full-time in a 3-shift system;
• Experience operating a forklift; experience with a reach truck is a major advantage. Is your certificate no longer valid? No problem—we can arrange this for you!;
• Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level);
• You work accurately and safely and are physically fit.
