Michael Page is assisting a dynamic logistics organisation in Rotterdam to recruit a Warehouse Operative. The role involves picking, packing, receiving goods, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, fluent English, a valid reach truck/forklift certificate, and reside in Rotterdam or The Hague with a valid visa. Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics AX) and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery and collection.
• Receive, unload, label and store incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Ensure a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and report issues.
• Support loading, shipping and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure timely order processing.
• Follow quality, safety and operational procedures.
• Assist with warehouse and yard maintenance where required.

The Successful Applicant
