Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Warehouse Foreman in Rotterdam to coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely receiving, storage and dispatch of materials, tools and equipment. You will guide the warehouse team, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to improve stock accuracy and processes.

Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, managing stock and documentation, and driving improvements in efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management or similar operational environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate daily workloads and guide colleagues.
• Commitment to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and safe practices.
• Knowledge of inventory control, goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and housekeeping.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the warehouse team and escalate issues to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
• Manage issue and receipt of spare parts, tools, consumables and safety equipment with accurate stock records.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP and other tools, support cycle counts and stock checks.
• Coordinate goods receiving, identification, storage, picking, packing and shipping with proper documentation.
• Coach colleagues on safe working methods and local warehouse procedures and improve processes with the Warehouse Supervisor.
