Job summary

GLS Utrecht zoekt een Warehouse Employee om dagelijks te helpen bij het tijdig leveren van duizenden pakketten. Je werkt in de nacht en voert taken uit zoals laden/lossen, sorteren en scannen van zendingen met handheld scanners.

Je werkt met een handpallettruck of EPT, controleert zendingen op afwijkingen en draagt bij aan veiligheid en kwaliteit. Start People biedt training, reiskostenvergoeding en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 18 jaar oud en fysiek fit.
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 16 uur per week.
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Je houdt van actief, fysiek werk.
• Je bent beschikbaar voor nachtshifts.
• Ervaring in logistiek is welkom maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• In- en uitladen van vrachtwagens.
• Parcel sorteren op een efficiënte en veilige manier.
• Scanning van zendingen met handheld scanners.
• Transporteren van goederen met een handpallettruck of EPT.
• Controleren van zendingen op beschadigingen of afwijkingen.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften naleven.
• Het magazijn schoon en georganiseerd houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Employee at GLS, you help ensure thousands of parcels reach customers on time every day.

What You Will Do:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting parcels efficiently and safely
• Scanning shipments using handheld scanners
• Moving goods with a hand pallet truck or EPT
• Checking parcels for damage or irregularities
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

You will work in one of the Night shifts:

• 20:00 till 04:30
• 21:00 till 06:00

• Salary up to approximately €3,000 gross per month including allowances
