Qualifikationen

De operatie van Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern bestaat uit een tweetal onderdelen, namelijk:

1) De opslag en distributie van kwalitatief hoogwaardige codeer- en markeerapperatuur naar onze klanten in EMEA;

2) De productie en distributie van cartridges die toegepast worden in inktjetprinters.

Als Orderpicker / Logistiek Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Ontvangen en verwerken: binnenkomende zendingen uitladen, inspecteren en documenteren. De nauwkeurigheid van orders verifiëren en zorgen voor een goede opslag.

• Orderverwerking: Orders verzamelen, verpakken en gereedmaken voor verzending volgens de specificaties van de klant. Zorg ervoor dat alle artikelen correct zijn gelabeld en verpakt.

• Voorraadbeheer: Voer regelmatig voorraadcontroles uit, houd nauwkeurige gegevens bij en rapporteer eventuele discrepanties. Help bij voorraadbeheer en voorraadbeheer.

• Bediening van apparatuur: Veilig bedienen van magazijnapparatuur zoals vorkheftrucks, pallettrucks en handtrucks. Routinematige onderhoudscontroles uitvoeren op apparatuur.

• Veiligheid en netheid: Zorg voor een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Volg alle veiligheidsprotocollen en -procedures om een veilige werkplek te garanderen.

• Samenwerking: Werk nauw samen met ander magazijnpersoneel en supervisors om dagelijkse operationele doelen te behalen. Communiceer effectief om problemen of zorgen op te lossen.

Opleidingsniveau: MBO-niveau is een pré

Overig:

• Certificering voor het bedienen van vorkheftrucks en andere magazijnmachines

• Nederlandse taalvaardigheid om de gevraagde taken uit te kunnen voeren, werkinstructies te begrijpen en effectief te kunnen communiceren.

• Basiskennis van het Engels is een pré.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics/Warehouse Employee who is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the receiving, processing, storing, and shipping of goods in one warehouse as per set standard work and KPIs.

• Receiving and Processing: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments. Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure proper storage.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Ensure that all items are correctly labelled and packaged.

• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies. Assist in inventory control and stock management.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.

• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Communicate effectively to Resolve any Issues or concerns.

Education level: MBO level is an advantage

Other (certifications / systems / languages):

• Dutch proficiency to be able to perform the requested tasks, understand work instructions, and communicate effectively. Basic knowledge of English is a plus.

• Knowledge of working with hazardous materials is an advantage

• Certificate for working safely with the forklift, Stacker , Order picker, and Reach truck.
