Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Regional Product Manager to support the EMEA commercial teams, drive product launches, and deliver training across direct and indirect markets. You will empower sales, partners, and customers with product knowledge to drive growth.

The Regional Product Manager LCM/LPA/TTO/TIJ– EMEA (m/w/d) is responsible for supporting regional commercial teams, executing product launches, and delivering product training across direct and indirect markets. As a trusted product expert, you will empower sales teams, distribution partners, and customers with the product knowledge and tools they need to drive commercial growth.

Working closely with Global Product Management and regional commercial stakeholders, you will share market insights, contribute to product strategy, and help translate customer needs into regional opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to connect global product innovation with local market needs while strengthening Videojet’s commercial performance across EMEA.

The product portfolio you will support is Large Character Marking (LCM), Label Print & Apply (LPA), Thermal Transfer Overprinting (TTO), and Thermal Inkjet technology (TIJ). This is a remote position open to candidates based in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Czechia, Poland, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Turkey.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Support EMEA commercial teams by providing product expertise, sales tools, and guidance to help achieve regional business objectives.
• Execute product launches across direct and indirect markets, coordinating regional activities to support successful product introductions and adoption.
• Deliver product training to sales teams, channel partners, and customers, building their knowledge of Videojet’s Large Character Marking (LCM), Label Print & Apply (LPA), Thermal Transfer Overprinting (TTO), and Thermal Inkjet technology (TIJ) portfolio.
• Act as a product expert by communicating product features, benefits, and applications in ways that address customer needs and support commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management to share regional market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging business opportunities.
• Partner with regional commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase product adoption, strengthen customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth across EMEA.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Engineering degree or equivalent, Business degree or equivalent, Master preferred.
• Professional experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, or a similar commercial role or strong marking and coding market knowledge.
• Business proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate product information and collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA.
• Willingness to travel primarily within EMEA, with occasional travel to other regions, as required by the role.
