Carrière zoekt een logistieke medewerker in Breda. Je leert alles op de werkvloer; samen met collega's verwerk je goederen, sorteer je en maak je ze gereed voor verzending. Je bent actief, helpt mee en werkt in een team om de logistieke processen soepel te laten verlopen.

De werkplek is circa 14°C, 36 uur per week in een tweeploegendienst van 06:00-14:00 en 14:00-22:00, met mogelijke weekend- en feestdagendiensten en extra toeslagen.

Qualifications

• Fysieke conditie en actieve werkhouding.
• Bereidheid tot 2-ploegendienst (06:00-14:00 en 14:00-22:00).
• Bereidheid om op zaterdagen, zondagen en feestdagen te werken.
• Basiskennis Engels voor eenvoudige gesprekken.
• Bereidheid werken in een gekoelde omgeving (~14°C).
• Proactieve houding en leergierigheid.

Responsabilités

• Sorteren, verwerken en klaarmaken van producten voor verzending.
• Pakken van bestellingen en plaatsen in de juiste locatie.
• Tillen van kratten en sorteren van verpakkingsmaterialen.

No experience? No problem! As a Logistics Employee in Breda, you will learn everything on the job. Together with your colleagues, you make sure goods are processed, sorted and prepared for shipment. You will stay active throughout the day, help each other whenever needed and contribute to a smooth logistics process. An varied job where you roll up your sleeves and work together as a team! Over de functie

As a Logistics Employee, you play an important role in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure goods are processed, sorted and prepared for shipment. You support each other whenever needed, enjoy hands-on work and contribute to keeping daily operations running smoothly. An active job where you are truly part of the team! The working environment is kept at approximately 14°C.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sorting, processing and preparing products for shipment;
• Packing orders and placing them in the correct location;
• Lifting crates;
• Sorting packaging materials.

This position is for 36 hours per week, working in a 2-shift system. Your working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00. You may be scheduled on any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. Of course, you will receive additional pay for these shifts!

You will be working at a large distribution centre in Breda, where thousands of goods are processed every day for supermarkets across the Netherlands. Wat wij vragen

• Good physical fitness and an enjoyment of active work, such as order picking and lifting crates;
• Availability to work a 2-shift schedule, with alternating morning and afternoon/evening shifts;
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays;
• Basic knowledge of English, allowing you to have simple conversations;
• Willingness to work in a chilled environment of approximately 14°C;
• A proactive attitude and the motivation to quickly learn new tasks;
• Experience in logistics or a warehouse is an advantage, for example as an order picker or warehouse employee, but is not required.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €15.21;
• Shift, weekend and public holiday allowances of up to 100%;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre, starting from 10 km (maximum 35 km one way);
