In Person is opening a brand-new warehouse in Lelystad and seeks warehouse employees to help build and launch the operation from day one. You will participate in an initial training period and then join a two-shift schedule, working with a laptop and warehouse software to process information digitally.

We value accuracy, good English reading comprehension, and the ability to follow digital instructions. Long-term employment prospects may arise after the startup phase.

Job description

As a Warehouse Employee, you will be part of the team launching a completely new warehouse in Lelystad. You will receive 2 to 4 weeks of full training to learn the processes and procedures. After the training period, you will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–24:00. During the start-up phase, much of the work will be done manually, and you will use a laptop instead of a scanner. Accuracy, good English reading and comprehension skills, and the ability to work comfortably with digital systems and instructions are essential for this role. You will have the opportunity to help build the new warehouse from day one, with the prospect of long-term employment.

Would you like to be part of a brand-new warehouse in Lelystad from day one? This is your opportunity! Our client is opening a completely new location and is looking for warehouse employees who would like to help build and successfully launch this new operation.

What will you do?

As a warehouse employee, you will be part of the team responsible for getting the new warehouse up and running. During the first 2 to 4 weeks, you will receive full training and learn the processes and procedures.

During the start-up phase, most of the work will be done manually. Instead of traditional scanners, you will mainly work with a laptop. You will process information digitally and follow work instructions carefully and accurately.

After the training period, you will work in a 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 – 24:00

What do we mean by digital experience?

You don't need to be an IT specialist. It is mainly important that you are comfortable working with a laptop, digital systems and digital instructions. For example, if you have previously worked with warehouse management systems, inventory software or other digital systems, that is a great advantage.
