Job summary

AgXeed is seeking a Warehouse Employee in the Netherlands (Limburg) to ensure parts, materials and tools are in the right place and available for production and service teams. You will help manage the full logistics process, from receiving and storing goods to picking and issuing materials.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, ERP registration, storing items in correct locations, stock counts, loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and warehouse context.
• Proven ability to work with ERP systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

To keep our production and service operations running smoothly, a well-organised warehouse is essential. That is why we are looking for a Warehouse Employee who enjoys hands-on work, works accurately and knows how to keep things organised.

What will you do as a Warehouse Employee at AgXeed?

As a Warehouse Employee, you ensure that parts, materials and tools are in the right place at the right time. You are involved in the entire logistics process: from receiving and storing goods to picking and issuing materials for our production and service departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods for quantities, quality and any damage.
• Registering and processing goods in our ERP system.
• Picking and preparing parts and materials for production, service and other departments.
• Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations.
• Identifying stock discrepancies and assisting with stock counts.
• Assisting with loading and unloading goods.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

You work closely with colleagues from production, service and purchasing. Together, you ensure that all materials are available when needed.

What do we expect from you?

You have a practical mindset, work in a structured way and believe it is important to get things right. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, take initiative and help colleagues whenever needed.

In addition, you bring:

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent.
• Experience with logistics processes or warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems or a willingness to learn how to use them.
• A valid forklift and reach truck certificate, or a willingness to obtain these.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Technical understanding is an advantage.

You work accurately, stay organised and pay attention to safety and quality. Even during busy periods, you maintain an overview and work well with your colleagues.
