Job summary

Valeo in Helmond, Netherlands, seeks motivated full-time logistics staff to join its team. You will perform order picking with an Electric Pallet Truck and hand scanner, pack items, and assist in continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a gross hourly wage of €16,10 (with 7% shift allowance) paid weekly, plus 25 days of leave, travel allowance, quarterly bonuses, and potential for a permanent contract. English-speaking candidates are welcome.

What are you going to do?

Join the team and help ensure smooth and accurate order processing!

• Order Picking: Use an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) and hand scanner to pick orders accurately and report discrepancies.
• Packing: Pack products with care, using the correct boxes and labels to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and overall performance.

Your schedule:

Monday to Friday, two shifts:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00

Accommodation is not included.

What do we offer?

In addition to a gross hourly wage of €16,10 bruto per hour (with 7% shift allowance) that will be paid weekly, we offer:

• 25% overtime allowance and even 50% on Saturdays;
• Travel allowance will be € 0,25 per km (0-35 kilometer single trip);
• Quarterly bonus opportunities;
• 8.33% holiday allowance & 25 days of leave (full-time basis);
• Possibility of a permanent contract and skill development.

Where will you work?

You will be working at Valeo, a manufacturer of car parts. Parts such as clutch plates, windshield wipers and ignition locks are transported throughout Europe from the location in Helmond. The company is easy to reach by car and is located in the lively Eindhoven region. Parking is free. There is a good atmosphere within the company and fun activities are often organized, such as an annual family day. During your break you can enjoy free coffee, tea or soup.
