Job summary

Avt Connecting in Eindhoven is seeking a Warehouse Employee to help keep warehouse operations smooth. You will receive and check goods, process and store materials, and prepare orders for shipment, working with colleagues across departments to ensure production teams have the right materials.

You should be able to work full-time (38 hours/week), be accurate and flexible, and have Dutch and English language skills. Experience with ERP systems is preferred and a reach truck certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative.
• You have experience working with an ERP system.
• A valid reach truck certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You check incoming goods, label them correctly and make sure they are stored neatly in the right location.
• You pick orders and carefully prepare them for further processing or shipment.
• You replenish orders coming from production and make sure they are properly packed and sealed.
• You will be trained as an all-round Warehouse Operative, giving you the opportunity to learn a variety of warehouse tasks.

In this varied role, you will work closely with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly in our warehouse. You will receive and check incoming goods, process and store materials, and prepare orders for shipment. You keep an overview, make sure everything gets to the right place at the right time and aren’t afraid to get hands-on yourself. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments, think ahead and respond quickly when plans change. Together, you make sure our production teams have the right materials available every day and that everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork!

Tasks

• You check incoming goods, label them correctly and make sure they are stored neatly in the right location;


• You pick orders and carefully prepare them for further processing or shipment;


• You replenish orders coming from production and make sure they are properly packed and sealed. These orders are either shipped the same day or stored in the correct location in the warehouse;


• You will be trained as an all-round Warehouse Operative, giving you the opportunity to learn a variety of warehouse tasks and step in for colleagues or take over their duties when needed.

Who you are:

• You are available to work full-time (38 hours per week);


• You have a good sense of humour, take initiative and have a customer-focused attitude;


• You are accurate, independent and flexible;


• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
