Job summary

Start People in Rotterdam-Albrandswaard is op zoek naar een logistiek medewerker voor ons moderne magazijn. Je verwerkt inkomende goederen, pakt orders en transporteert pallets met heftruck en reachtruck, met aandacht voor nauwkeurige voorraad en een veilige werkomgeving.

De functie is fulltime (40 uur) met onboarding en certificeringskansen. Het startsalaris bedraagt €2.911 bruto per maand, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding en gratis parkeren; groei en ontwikkeling staan centraal.

Qualifications

• MBO 2 diploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig.
• Geldig vorkheftruck- en reachtruck-certificaat (of bereid dit te vernieuwen).
• Ervaring met order picking en WMS-systemen.
• Beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Flexibiliteit om af en toe extra uren te werken.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken en opslaan van inkomende goederen in de juiste locaties in het magazijn.
• Orderpicken met scanners en WMS-systemen.
• Pallets en goederen transporteren met heftruck en reachtruck.
• Voorraadadministratie bijhouden en eventuele afwijkingen signaleren.
• Tijdens piekperiodes samenwerken met collega's om werklast te managen.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a logistics medewerker, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our modern warehouse in Rotterdam-Albrandswaard. You'll play an integral role in ensuring that goods are accurately processed, stored, and dispatched, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. With your experience in order picking, WMS systems, and operating internal transport equipment like forklifts and reach trucks, you'll help keep the logistics process running seamlessly. What You Will Do:

• Process and store incoming goods: ensure all items are accurately placed in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Pick orders: collect customer orders using scanners and WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Transport pallets and goods: safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move items within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory records: identify discrepancies and ensure accurate administration of stock levels.
• Support during peak periods: collaborate with colleagues to manage increased workloads while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
