Samenvatting van de vacature

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Cross-Dock Supervisor for our employer in Etten-Leur. The Etten-Leur location is new, so we’re looking for someone with experience in logistics who enjoys building a new facility from the bottom up. You’ll be working in a relatively small warehouse, where you’ll work with the team to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.

What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse & Cross-Dock Supervisor, you’ll maintain an overview and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead the team, assign tasks, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the logistics team;
• Planning and assigning daily tasks;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and cross-dock processes;
• Overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency;
• Adapting quickly when schedules change;
• Assisting on the warehouse floor when needed;
• Promoting good teamwork within the team.

Because the location in Etten-Leur is new, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the way we work from the very beginning.

You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Working hours: 5:45 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. You’ll have a 1-hour break every day.
