Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Logistics Control Operator to manage the operational heart of our automated distribution center. You will oversee warehouse processes, monitor systems, and make real-time decisions to keep thousands of orders moving accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control warehouse operations via WMS to ensure smooth material flow.
• Oversee automated systems and address technical issues or process deviations.
• Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate actions.
• Collaborate with Logistics Management and Maintenance to resolve disruptions quickly.
• Prioritize workflows to meet service, quality and performance targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through reporting and analysis.
