Job summary

Unique, based in Amsterdam, is seeking an assistant coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations in our modern warehouse. The role requires someone with logistics experience who can balance hands-on tasks with coordination responsibilities while motivating the team.

You will oversee operations, guide colleagues, and ensure quality and safety in a dynamic environment. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from €2,757 to €3,447 per month, a full-time contract, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proactive multitasker ready to balance hands-on tasks and coordination.
• Background in logistics, preferably in a coordinating role.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and monitor workflows.
• Participate in loading, unloading, order picking, and processing goods.
• Guide colleagues with clear instructions and support.
• Utilize logistics software to track processes and ensure handovers.
• Ensure quality and safety in warehouse activities.

Skills

Logistics experience

Multitasking

Communication in Dutch and/or English

Proficiency with WMS systems

Education

MBO 4 education level or equivalent work experience
