Job summary

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards
• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
